Healthy Beauty!

I watched this video and thought it explains quite nicely & simply the fact that we should all be more careful about the products we choose and the ingredients in them. 

Everyone has heard of ingredients that lead to cancer & other diseases, but we often don't take the necessary steps to read and make sure we aren't buying products with those same ingredients. 

Hope you'll ind this video helpful! I admire that the cosmetic industry is more regulated in Europe now :)

I think it's time for everyone to follow that example.   

Try to look for products that are free of:
- parabens
- fragrances
- phthalates
- petro-chemicals
- dyes
